The main reason I created this web site is to let my friends and family see how Old Blue is coming along. For those of you whom have known me long enough, you will remember when the truck was the factory blue color. Just in case some of you were wondering why I refer to the truck in these pictures as old blue. Somewhere around the mid 1980’s I had a local paint shop put on a cheap gray paint job to help preserve the metal. I just never quit referring to my truck as old blue. You will find some pictures of my truck when we first started and all along the way. I’m really looking forward to posting some pictures of the completed truck, sometime after the first of 2006.

I really must thank my wife for being so patient for the last year and a half going on two years. I have spent most every Friday night, Saturday and Saturday night working on this truck. Not to mention I went just a little over budget. She has stood by me throughout the project. She has not seen the truck since I started on the project. Well that is not assembled, I still have the fenders bumpers, and a few misc. parts that are painted stored in the bedroom upstairs.
